Terms of Use
Membership is discretionary
Meeting the published baseline criteria does not guarantee membership. Admission is determined by Foundoors at its sole discretion, based on scale, sophistication, contribution and character.
Confidentiality obligations
Members agree to treat Conclave and Table conversations as confidential, and not to use membership primarily to solicit or sell to other members.
Conduct
Foundoors may decline or end a membership where conduct is inconsistent with the Foundoors principles, including breaches of confidentiality or persistent solicitation.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the Foundoors programs evolve. Material changes will be communicated to members directly.
