Foundoors is a private membership institution for founders building significant companies.
We exist to put the right people around founders — for the decisions, relationships and years that actually shape a company.
Better decisions, made with the right people in the room.
As a company grows, the decisions get bigger and the number of people who truly understand the stakes gets smaller. Foundoors exists to close that gap — building private circles of carefully matched founders who meet with real consistency, confidentiality and depth, not the surface-level networking most communities settle for.
What We Do
We build and facilitate Conclave — small, matched peer circles — alongside The Table, The Gathering and the wider relationships of Foundoors. Curation and confidentiality are the product.
Who We Serve
Founders, owners and CEOs with real operating responsibility, across industries, company stages and countries.
How We Work
Every application is reviewed personally. Every Conclave is matched deliberately. Membership stays small by design, not by accident.
Who you surround yourself with changes what becomes possible.
That's the belief underneath everything here — not that founders are lonely, but that environment shapes standards, thinking, ambition and opportunity more than almost anything else. Foundoors is built as an institution members will belong to for years, not a community they pass through.
Qëndresa Brahimi Nikolla
Based in Prishtina, Qëndresa is Co-Founder of HireKosovo and Recruitmint, building across Europe and the United States. Years spent identifying exceptional people for other companies taught her something recruiting always teaches well: the quality of any room depends entirely on who's let into it.
Founder, curator, connector.
Qëndresa isn't the biggest founder in Foundoors, and that isn't the point. Her role is knowing who should be in the room — matching Conclaves, protecting confidentiality, and building an institution that can eventually run well beyond her personally.
"I started it because, at one point, I realized I needed it myself."
